Microscope 
The standard product is based upon the Zeiss Stemi 2000 Stereoscopic Microscope. This can be provided in either binocular or trinocular form for use with a video or photographic camera. Alternatives can be provided as specified by the customer, subject to compatibility and an additional tooling cost.

The software is a specially modified version of the Axel Metrology System Calibration The installation procedure includes a calibration routine using a special artefact to provide correction factors to eliminate orthogonality errors.
